THE OFFICE

Drawings first. Construction follows.

R.A Architect & Contractor is a design-and-build office in New Canal Colony, Khanewal, run on one rule: nothing gets built on site that wasn't first settled on paper.

HOW WE STARTED

A drafting table, then a client list built on referrals.

R.A Architect & Contractor was founded by Architect Mudassar Ali to close a gap seen on almost every plot in Khanewal: a naqsha drawn in an afternoon, handed to a mason, and reworked twice during construction because nobody had drawn the electrical points, the drainage fall, or the staircase headroom.

The office now produces the full drawing set — layouts, working plans, MEP, elevations and submission drawings — before a single trench is dug, and stays on site through construction to make sure what was drawn is what gets built.

HOW WE WORK

Four things every client gets, no exceptions.

These aren't marketing lines — they're the checklist the office is run against on every file.

One complete set, not a sketch

Every project leaves the office with layouts, working plans, MEP drawings, elevations and submission sheets — not just a floor outline.

Drawn to your plot, not a template

Marla size, road-facing width, orientation and family size decide the layout before any elevation style is discussed.

Priced before you commit

Drawing fee and an honest construction estimate are shared up front, so there's no surprise once the foundation is marked.

Present through construction

The architect who drew the plan visits site through key stages — foundation, slab, brickwork — to keep build matching drawing.

LEAD ARCHITECT

Mudassar Ali

Mudassar Ali leads design and site supervision at R.A Architect & Contractor, working across residential, institutional and commercial projects in Khanewal and along the Khanewal–Multan road corridor.

His approach stays close to the brief a client actually gives — plot size, budget and how the family or business uses the space — rather than pushing a signature style onto every elevation.
